Graphics & Vision
Graphics and vision define the relationship between the physical real-world and conceptual images and models. Our research focus includes manifold learning, biomedical imaging, geometric modeling, mesh processing, surveillance and remote sensing.

Professor Tao Ju is devloping a graphical tool, Gorgon, which enables structure biologists to reconstruct 3D protein structures from electron density maps obtained from cryo-EM imaging.
